Restaura is a food delivery service that does Home Deliveries to its customer, from over 100 restaurants / outlets in Vapi & Daman.

You can place an order with Restaura, in any one of the following modes:

  • Online - just login to www.restaura.in and place your order and have the option of paying online (with a secured Online Payment mode or Cash on delivery)
  • Use our mobile application - DOWNLOAD NOW on an Android or iOS.

Yes you can place take away order at no extra cost and pick it up whenever you want. Just select takeaway option after clicking on order take away button.

Our average delivery time is between 30-40 min once we receive the order. Delivery time depends on a lot of factors such as restaurant’s order volume, our current order volume, traffic, weather, overall distance, order size etc. We always try to do our best and if there is any delay, we always try to convey it to you.

Your order can be edited before it reaches the restaurant. Call us on (+91-9967118022) or email us at (info@restaura.in) to do so. Once the order is placed and the restaurant starts preparing your food, you may not be able to edit its contents.

Any major change in delivery address is not possible after you have placed an order with us. However, slight modifications like changing the flat number, street name, landmark etc. are allowed. Please get in touch with our team for that.

You can use any ONE of the following Payment Modes, using Restaura.

  • Cash on Delivery.
  • Online Payment - using Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking.
  • Restaura Prepaid Account.
  • Card on Delivery

Yes you can track your order using GPS. Once the driver starts the delivery you will receive a link on your phone/computer. Just tap on that link and you can track your order in real time.

Yes, of course! However each restaurant order will be treated as a different order. So the delivery charges may be applicable for each order.

We take the security of our customers very seriously. Our high-tech security system ensures that your card details aren't shared with anyone else including the restaurant; you can read more about what steps we take to protect you as our valued customer in our privacy policy.

Sure! In order to stay updated on the status of your order, please choose TEXT or EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS when you create your Restaura account.

There are many opportunities throughout the ordering process to add your rating and review of a restaurant. Wherever you see a restaurant's rating displayed, logged in users will be able to click on it to add a rating and write a review.
